1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EZ Rent ("the Service"), provided by Panorata ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EZ Rent is a cloud-based property management platform that allows property owners and their teams to manage rental properties, tenants, leases, bookings, maintenance, documents, and financial records. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a permanent free tier available.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. Panorata is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to store, transmit, or process data in violation of any applicable law, or to infringe on the rights of any third party.

5. Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Panorata reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your account.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload or input into the Service. Panorata does not claim ownership of your property data, tenant records, or financial information. We process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest, row-level security, and secure authentication. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

8. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occasionally affect availability. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panorata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your Settings page. Panorata reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
