  • Property data: Property details, unit information, and related records you enter into the platform.
  • Tenant data: Names, contact details, and lease information for tenants you add to the platform.

  • Uploaded files: Documents and images you upload to Supabase Storage.
  • Usage data: Log data, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and operate the EZ Rent platform
  • Send important service notifications and updates
  • Respond to support enquiries
  • Improve the platform based on usage patterns
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with row-level security, encryption at rest, and secure HTTPS connections. Uploaded files are stored in private Supabase Storage buckets accessible only via time-limited signed URLs.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Supabase — database and file storage
  • Railway — backend hosting
  • Vercel — frontend hosting

Each of these services has its own privacy policy and data handling practices.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can update your profile from the Settings page or contact us to request data deletion. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
