Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. The Starter plan is completely free and requires no payment details. You only pay when you choose to upgrade.
How does billing work?+
Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD via PayNow, EcoCash, or bank transfer. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Settings page. Upgrades take effect immediately.
What happens if I exceed my property or unit limit?+
You will be prompted to upgrade before adding more properties or units. Your existing data is never affected.
Is my data safe if I cancel?+
Yes. If you cancel your subscription, your account moves to the Starter tier. You retain access to all your existing data — you simply cannot add new properties beyond the Starter limit.
